Eric’s passion for cycling is more than just a sport, it’s a practice in discipline, endurance, and mindfulness. From his first Schwinn Apple Crate Stingray as a child to the rugged mountain biking trails of Michigan and Arizona, he has always found clarity and renewal on two wheels.

Cycling mirrors his approach to leadership and life. Just as a steep climb requires focus, resilience, and trust in the process, so does the journey of leadership. Whether coaching executives or tackling a long-distance ride, Eric understands that transformation happens when we push past our limits and trust the road ahead.

Having served in the military, Eric understood what was at stake. Democracy is not just a political system; it’s a sacred trust. Seeing disinformation and division threaten the nation, he felt a moral responsibility to take action.

This led to the creation of Allied We Can, a movement dedicated to countering disinformation, restoring integrity in leadership, and defending democracy. Eric refuses to stand by as deception erodes the fabric of truth.
