Goal setting helps you to create a new reality because of the dynamic shifts that occur in your mindset. The most effective way in which to reach your dreams is with laser specific goal setting. Declaring your goals and formulating an action plan will be the motivation and the step by step action taking for making your dreams come true.
 
With this goal attaining strategy, you will tap into your conscious and sub-conscious mind. The analytical side or your conscious mind is declaring the intentions for growth and your subconscious mind enables you to create the reality. In order for goal setting to be optimized the two must go together.
 
THE PSYCHOLOGY OF WHY CREATING AN ACTION PLAN IS SO EFFECTIVE
 
The conscious mind is the analytical mind and the subconscious mind analyzes everything that you experience; everything you see, hear feel, taste and smell. Every bit of input you receive is analyzed by the conscious mind in the conscious state. The conscious mind is a filter and sorts everything that will make its way to your subconscious mind. When you commit your dreams to paper along with action steps to achieve your goals, you will be tapping into your analytical or conscious mind.
 
The subconscious mind is your literal mind and enables you attract the circumstances to achieve your goals. It is very important that you frequently visit your action plan throughout the day - everyday, which will then keep you focused on the prize.
 
INTEGRATE YOUR GOALS INTO YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE

  • Recite your goals 7 times a day. Reciting your goals throughout the day will ingrain them as they become part of you. Start every morning reviewing and then reciting your goals. Make time throughout your day to recite them. End your day with reviewing your goals before you go to bed.
  • Be sure to visualize yourself achieving your goals/dreams. A natural time to do this is when you recite them. Other times throughout your day is also a good idea.
 
As you begin to see yourself achieve goals your subconscious or literal mind will support you with the motivation and resources to help you accomplish the action taking of the goal setting process. This is a critical part in goal setting that is commonly misunderstood.  I will help you to sort it out.
