As I talked about earlier, not everything that you experience in life will bring happiness. Living courageously in challenging times will help you to find happiness once again. Having the ability to learn from painful experiences is the sign of a wise person. With pain comes growth in maturity. Embracing the shift of your reality can bring an expansive outlook on life and fulfillment. The best way to experience life is to go through the pain and not around it.

Focusing on everything will keep you from focusing on anything. No one can possibly be great at everything that they attempt to do. Identify your natural abilities. Clearly see what you are good at and focus your energies in those areas. You will greatly reduce frustration, anxiety and even depression.

Are you a person that has a hard time in saying no to the requests of others? Do you create huge lists of things to get done and never seem to accomplish them? Being a productive person sometimes means that you have to say no to the requests of others in order to make time for what matters the most.

Striving for perfection is a good thing. Allowing yourself to become anxious and overly self- critical as a result of not obtaining perfection is a bad thing. Take action and do your best to achieve success. If you fall short, give yourself a break. Re-access the situation of where you fell short and create a new strategy for achieving your goals. Maybe the old activities weren’t the best solution for success.
