TWO  STEPS  TOWARDS  CLARITY  OF PURPOSE  IN  YOUR  ORGANIZATION
We all know that creating an action map for your business is important. Determining where you are now is a vital first step in setting the proper course for your business success. Clarify your organizational values and craft a vision statement that will be your compass to a true north.
STEP ONE: GAIN  CLARITY  ABOUT  YOUR  VALUES

Uncover your truth and gain clarity in knowing exactly what passionately fulfills you. Become crystal clear in understanding why “it” is important. Qualify your vision and have compelling evidence that your ideas are meaningful and the timing is right for implementation.  Read more about qualifying vision >>>

As a leader, create a one sentence vision statement. Using your job description, determine why you are there, and where you fit in as a leader. Take some reflective time and meditate and then narrow it down to only one sentence, the key elements of your mission.
*Note. If you do not have a personal vision statement, create one before writing your business vision statement.

Inspire others to find their purpose- boldly express purpose.com
Have each team member reflect on their job description. Ask them to consider why they are working for the company and where they contribute to the mission. Follow up with them in a scheduled meeting and discuss the elements of their mission statement. Consider their core values and how they match up with the values of the organization. If you’ve hired well, you will have the right person in place that makes the maximum business impact.

When the culture is clear about where each person fits in, it creates magical team performance. The organization becomes unstoppable in boldly expressing its purpose.
