​On the other hand, those with a moderate level of organizational awareness have a reasonable grasp of their group's underlying rationale, structure, and culture. They may not be fully immersed in the organization's inner workings, but they are rarely blindsided by critical decisions and can effectively represent the group's values to the outside world. Such leaders are often able to maintain a steadying influence on others and work towards achieving consensual goals.
