Eric Miller- Spiritual Director, Founder, Author, Speaker, Avid Cyclist

HI, I'M ERIC MILLER!

Founder, Spiritual Guide, Coach, Author, Speaker , Avid Cyclist

I help people who feel spiritually off-track find purpose again. Whether I’m writing, listening over coffee, or chasing sunrise on my bike, I’m all about helping others live with more meaning, joy, and a little wind-in-your-face freedom.

A LIFE THAT LED HERE

If you're a young man in recovery searching for something deeper — a grounded spiritual life, a sense of purpose, and the courage to stand for what matters, you're in the right place.

I'm a founder, spiritual director, coach, best-selling author, speaker, and avid cyclist. But underneath every title I've ever worn — U.S. Army aviator, entrepreneur, author has been the same calling: to help people find meaning, purpose, and a deeper connection to something larger than themselves.

My path hasn't been easy or predictable. It's been shaped by triumph and heartbreak, success and failure. I've faced addiction and loss. I've built businesses, led teams, and worked alongside great leaders — only to discover that external achievement means very little when the inner life is neglected. I've walked the long road from self-reliance to surrender and learned this truth the hard way: real transformation begins when we listen inwardly and allow the sacred to shape how we live.

That conviction fuels everything I do today.

WALKING WITH GEN Z MEN IN RECOVERY

I work especially with Gen Z men who are in recovery and who are un-churched, de-churched, or spiritually searching. Those men who sense there's more to life than the noise, the scroll, and the striving, but who haven't found a spiritual home that feels honest or relevant.

You don't need to have it figured out. You don't need the right vocabulary, the perfect beliefs, or a clean past. You just need to be willing to pay attention to your life and to the still, small voice within. That's where we begin.

Through spiritual direction, coaching, group experiences, and workshops, I help men slow down, listen deeply, and build rhythms for the inner life that actually hold up under pressure — rhythms that strengthen recovery, deepen faith, and prepare you to show up with integrity in your family, your work, and your community.

WHAT I OFFER

SPIRITUAL DIRECTION AND COACHING

In one-on-one spiritual direction and coaching, we create space to explore the deeper layers of your story — the questions you're wrestling with, the desires emerging in you, and the ways the Spirit may already be inviting you toward growth and healing.

This isn't about handing you answers or a twelve-step program. It's about helping you recognize the sacred patterns beneath the surface of your life and walk forward with clarity, peace, and purpose.

Direction or Coaching — Which Is Right for You?

Not sure whether you need direction or coaching?

Here is a simple way to think about it.

If you're asking "Where is God in this?" — that is direction.

If you're asking "What do I do next?" — that is coaching.

Both are valuable.

Many men move between them depending on the season.

GROUP EXPERIENCES FOR MEN

There's something powerful about seeking God in community. In group spiritual direction and men's coaching circles, we gather with other men who are also paying attention — to themselves, to one another, and to the Divine.

Each story becomes a mirror. Each question opens new insight. The group becomes more than a meeting — it becomes a circle of trust, a spiritual home where wisdom is shared, grace is experienced, and transformation unfolds together. For Gen Z men in recovery, this kind of brotherhood can be the difference between white knuckling your way through life and actually living it.

Both are valuable.

Many men move between them depending on the season.

WORKSHOPS: ALLIED WE CAN

My book, Allied We Can Find Common Ground, offers a roadmap for navigating division and building understanding in a polarized world. It's also the foundation for Allied We Can — interactive workshops that help young men think critically, engage compassionately, and stand against the forces that divide us.

Because here's what I believe: defending democracy and the American way of life isn't just a political act — it's a spiritual one. It takes grounded, self-aware men to hold the line for truth, dignity, and freedom.

PROFESSIONAL SPEAKING

I teach spiritually centered practices that ground the soul—and I help people navigate hard conversations in a polarized world with courage, clarity, and compassion.
