RELIEVE ANXIETY BY TAKING MASSIVE ACTION

#coachinglineup,#leadershipcoach, bit.ly/coachinglineup
Going after personal and organizational goals can create anxiety as a result of uncertainty of the unknown new reality. Sitting on the fence in making -a -decision or the refusal to take- action will create anxiety faster than anything else. Anxiety is similar to fear. It is the same emotional uncertainty, except anxiety robs you of your strength and decisiveness in achieving the goal. If you treat the unknown as risky, you’ll then be weak and anxious. If you embrace the unknown as something that is supposed to be there, you will reframe perceptions about uncertainty. Have the courage to create the shift by taking massive action and become decisive and strong.

Channel Fear and Achieve a Bigger Vision

The fear of uncertainty can be too great for some people and they don’t even start on a goal. I grew up in an abusive home. There was constant drama and the anxiety that went with that. I witnessed how overwhelming fear can paralyze people from taking -action. Our economic and relational situation remained static and desperate.

At an early age, I became an action taker, partially for survival and also to find happiness. My goal was always to be the opposite of inaction. I learned that my growing up experiences factor into me being an entrepreneur and driven to succeed. With that drive came fear of the unknown. I had to learn that stepping into fear with the faith and expectation that situations would turn out the way that they were supposed to, took a lot of growth.

I found my purpose and the fear is much less intense. When setting a new goal or working to further my mission, I look at “failure” as an event that will teach me something about myself. I have learned to channel fear and use it to catapult me into action.

I am grateful today for the rough times that helped me to evolve into the man that I am today.

CREATE  A  SUCCESS  MAP
When taking -action there will be decisions that are made that will have the appearance of being “bad.” Use the results of the action whether they are “good” or “bad” for something greater. Creating a Pivot Map will enable you to stay on course and to boldly express your purpose.

Eliminate Anxiety when you  Create a Success Map.
