HOW TO QUICKLY GAIN MORE CONFIDENCE
REGAIN LOST CONFIDENCE AND ACHIEVE GOALS
During the height of the 2020 pandemic I made many observations about human behavior. I witnessed how some people that weren’t in leadership positions stepped forward with confidence and led well. I also observed others that were in leadership positions, become paralyzed as a result of the uncertainty and lose confidence in themselves and their ability to lead.
I was also coaching during this time. Coaching clients that were purpose-driven were current on their “why” and much better able to navigate all the uncertainty. These inspirational leaders also seemed to find happiness amongst all the turmoil.
WHAT CAUSES THE LACK IN CONFIDENCE?
