Each gathering is online, runs 90 minutes, and follows a steady rhythm built for honest reflection and forward movement.

Centering and check-in - a brief grounding, then each man shares where he is and what's stirring

Focused theme - we work a shared theme together: rhythms of integrity, leading without controlling, spirituality under pressure, recovery and identity, intimate relationships and presence, vocation and calling.

The heart of the gathering is the coaching exchange — peer reflection, real questions, and honest input, never advice-giving or fixing. Before we close, each man names one concrete next step he's committing to before we meet again. Between sessions, light accountability keeps the work alive, no guilt-tripping, just brothers checking in.

This isn't lecture. It isn't therapy. It isn't another curriculum to slog through. It's a working circle.

Group coaching runs $75 a month. That covers your 90-minute online session and your seat in the circle alongside the other men in your cohort.

Each year I hold a handful of fully funded seats for guys who genuinely can't pay right now. These are made possible by donors who've chosen to invest in this work. Spots come and go depending on funding, when we talk, just tell me where you're at financially and we'll figure out together whether a sponsored seat is available.
