You've built a good life — but something feels out of sync. The routines run smoothly. The achievements stack up. Yet beneath the surface there's a restlessness. A quiet question lingers: Is this really it?
Maybe you feel disconnected from your sense of purpose, or unsure what direction to take next. Maybe you've lost touch with your deeper self — the part that knows what truly matters. You still show up, perform, and keep going… but inside, you sense there's more waiting to unfold.
The tension grows between how life looks and how it feels. That's usually the moment when real change begins.
Modern life rewards speed, output, and performance — but not reflection. You can't hear your intuition over the constant noise. You make decisions based on obligation, not alignment. And slowly, the inner life that once felt vibrant starts to go quiet.
No spreadsheet or checklist can fix that kind of drift. What's missing isn't discipline — it's connection to your own values, clarity, and sense of meaning.
That's where spiritual coaching comes in.
I've built my coaching practice around a specific kind of client — the one ready to stop drifting and start building something true. Most of the men I work with fall into one of these chapters of life:
The recovery man asking what's next. You've got real time in. The drinking, the using, the patterns — those are behind you. But sobriety has surfaced bigger questions than it answered, and a sponsor alone can't carry you the rest of the way. You're ready to translate hard-won wisdom into a life that actually means something.
The young man building from scratch. You're in your twenties or early thirties, watching your peers grind toward burnout while influencers sell you a hollow version of manhood. You sense there's a better way to be a man — grounded, awake, and useful — but no one's modeled it for you. You're done with the noise.
The accomplished man who feels strangely empty. From the outside, you've made it. The career works. The family works. The bank account works. But the win column doesn't quench what's actually thirsty inside you. You're tired of performing a life you're not sure you chose.
The spiritually restless seeker. Maybe you walked away from the church years ago. Maybe you never really walked in. Either way, the questions about God, meaning, and how to live haven't gone away — and you're ready to engage them honestly, without dogma or pretense.
Spiritual coaching bridges the gap between personal growth and deeper awareness. It's a forward-moving, reflective process that helps you reconnect to your inner compass and live with purpose from the inside out.
Unlike spiritual direction — which is contemplative and listening-centered, spiritual coaching is action-oriented. We don't just notice what's stirring; we translate it into intentional choices, healthier rhythms, and real movement in your life.
In coaching with me, you'll learn to:
Recognize the patterns that keep you off-center
Realign your daily choices with your deeper values
Create balance between doing and being
Strengthen inner resilience through reflection and rhythm
Translate spiritual insight into integrated, real-world action
It's not about fixing what's broken. It's about awakening what's true — and building a life around it.
Each session is a space for honest dialogue, insight, and clarity. We begin by exploring what feels out of alignment — then uncover what's beneath it. From there, we co-create new practices, habits, and perspectives that bring your outer life into greater harmony with your inner world.
You'll set clear intentions, experiment with new rhythms, and develop tools to sustain balance and growth long after each session ends. Over time, you'll begin to live from a steadier, more authentic center — where purpose feels natural, not forced.
Calmer clarity — a deeper sense of knowing what matters
Authentic momentum — progress that feels aligned, not pressured
Emotional balance — less reactivity, more grounded presence
Renewed energy — motivation that comes from meaning, not stress
Integrated action — values and decisions finally pointing the same direction
I've structured coaching across three pricing tiers, because the men who need this work shouldn't be priced out of it. Pick the tier that honestly reflects your situation today.
This is the everyday rate for men in a stable financial season. Most clients meet with me twice a month, putting the typical monthly commitment around $400. If you can comfortably invest at this level, this is the tier for you.
I hold a small number of seats at this rate for men who are still putting their financial life back together — particularly men early in recovery who are rebuilding from the ground up. There's no income to prove. Just tell me on our intro call that you'd like the rebuilding rate, and we'll go from there.
Through the generosity of donors who believe in this work, a handful of fully sponsored seats open up for men who genuinely cannot afford to pay anything right now. These seats come and go depending on funding, so ask me about availability when we talk.
Bottom line: if you're called to this work, money won't be what stops us from doing it together.
I keep a thorough FAQ that walks through the practical details — session structure, scheduling, how coaching differs from therapy, what to expect in the first few months, and more.
If you're tired of mistaking motion for meaning, and you're ready to build a life that actually fits who you're becoming, coaching can be the structure that holds the work.
Book a free 30-minute intro call and we'll talk honestly about where you are, what you're navigating, and whether coaching with me is the right fit for this chapter. No sales pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation.
