Life has a way of shifting without warning.

WHEN THE OLD WAYS STOP WORKING

Most people eventually reach a point on their spiritual journey when what used to work… simply doesn't anymore.

You may try to push through, to "do more" or "believe harder," but the ache remains. You might even start to wonder if something's wrong with you.

It isn't a failure. It's an invitation.

That ache you feel is often the soul's quiet way of saying, "Pay attention. Something new is trying to emerge." Ignoring it doesn't make it go away. But pausing long enough to listen? That's where transformation begins.

WHO I WALK WITH IN SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

I'm a spiritual director with a particular heart for Gen Z men in recovery and those who are unchurched, dechurched, or spiritually searching — though I welcome anyone ready for honest, contemplative work. The men I sit with are often:

  • Men in recovery who've worked the steps and sense there's still something more — a deeper inner journey waiting beyond sobriety.

  • Younger men navigating meaning and identity in a culture that hands them noise, performance, and counterfeit versions of strength.

  • The unchurched and dechurched who still believe in something — even if they can't quite name it and want a space where doubt is a doorway, not a problem.

  • Leaders and seekers who are tired of shallow religion and ready for a more grounded, honest spiritual life.

You don't need a particular faith tradition. You don't need certainty. You don't need the right vocabulary. You only need willingness to show up and pay attention.

WHAT SPIRITUAL DIRECTION IS – ISN'T

Individual spiritual direction is a sacred space to slow down, reflect, and notice how God is already moving in your life.

This isn't therapy. It isn't coaching. It isn't problem-solving.

It's a prayerful conversation between two people listening together for the stirrings of the Spirit. Each 55–60 minute session is an unhurried, confidential space where you bring your doubts, grief, hope, and longing exactly as they are. Through gentle questions, silence, and reflection, we explore how the Divine might be guiding you toward peace, healing, and purpose.

You set the pace. No homework. No judgment. No expectation — just a shared commitment to listening deeply

WHAT YOU MIGHT EXPERIENCE

INVESTMENT IN YOUR SPIRITUAL GROWTH

Spiritual direction is offered through three tracks so cost is never a barrier to the work.

FULL– RATE TRACK – $200 per session

Most clients meet twice monthly, making the typical investment $400/month. This track is for those who are financially capable and ready to commit to the work at its full value.

REDUCED– RATE TRACK – $120 – $140 per session

A limited number of spots are held at a reduced rate for those navigating financial rebuilding — including those in recovery who are reestablishing stability. If this track fits your situation, simply mention it on your chemistry call. No means test. Your word is enough.

SCHOLARSHIP TRACK – No cost

A small number of fully funded spots are available for those who genuinely cannot pay, made possible by donors who believe this work should be accessible regardless of income. Scholarship availability varies — ask on your chemistry call.

No one is turned away for inability to pay.
